From my first telephone call with Kevin to my text messages and in person experience with Carissa and the Sales Manager, Tasca Kia was awesome. When I learned that the dealership had a Telluride available, Carissa stayed after her shift on Saturday to ensure I was able to see and test drive the vehicle. I opted to purchase it and she stayed after hours on Sunday to ensure I had possession of my new vehicle on Sunday evening. She also offered to take care of dropping off my lease. I was upside down on my lease so I was anxious to return it ASAP. Carissa is very knowledgeable about the Tellurides and is certified in this vehicle which was an added bonus. She reviewed all of the features which were many! Her personality is upbeat and she is very nice with work with. Run don't walk to Tasca Kia and ask for Carissa.
