A vehicle was traded in on November 21, 2024, and a 2024 EQB was leased. Upon entering the new vehicle to depart, the dashboard malfunctioned. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle while the new one was EQB was leased. Upon entering the new vehicle to depart, the dashboard malfunctioned. After contacting the dealership to request a cancellation of the contract and return of the car due to these initial issues, the manager, Michael Dega, informed me that they typically do not cancel contracts. I pointed out that new cars should not experience breakdowns before leaving the lot. He maintained that the contract would not be canceled and that they were attempting to resolve the issue, which he believed to be a software problem. This experience serves as a warning; the dealership was friendly and accommodating during the sale, but once the contract was signed, we were left with a vehicle that could not be driven off the lot.
