So this is a bit of a mixed review but I do believe xx. Louis Honda is a great place to buy a car. For the Sales representative Candace she was absent and said "either you are lying or you messed something Louis Honda is a great place to buy a car. For the Sales representative Candace she was absent and said "either you are lying or you messed something up" after I factory reseted the head unit on my trade in and a screen popped up saying it lost gps signal and to wait 10 minutes in a empty parking lot to establish a gps connection. As well as she was absent most of the time. In the time i was there around 3-4 hours I talked to her for maybe a total of 30-45 minutes but the technology specialist was absolutely amazing he was very knowledgeable, competent, and professional. The sales Manager was also very helpful went through every option with me was very personable did not try to persuade me in any direction and was very professional and personable so over all I would 100% recommend xx. My wife was skeptical of returning to this dealership for a purchase but Brian has given the title, Used Car Salesperson, a fresh new perspective. Jacob was also a pleasure to work with, he had everything ready explained everything very well, was not pushing on the extended plans, allowed us to be comfortable with the options we did take, and didn't push anything more. Candace was pleasant on the phone, we didn't get to meet here personally. Again, by far the best car-buying experience we have ever had. A huge kudos to this team for understanding customer service and providing an experience rather than an unpleasant task. More
