TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Where to begin. Too lengthy of a process. Picked up the vehicle 12/7/24, vehicle broke down in my driveway 12/14/24, wouldn't start. Contacted them m Where to begin. Contacted them multiple times and was told to use my purchased extended warranty even though I was told I had a 30 day warranty through the dealer just for my purchase. After a week of no response a member of my family (with knowledge of working in a dealer) contacted them asking for someone important, it was finally towed on 12/19/24, got it back 12/27/24. Fast forward to 1/10/25- (5 days before my warranty payment was due mind you) i get a call that my warranty ppwrk was submitted incorrectly and there is not a 2yr plan available so my monthly payment would be DOUBLE. Told him w our car payment already being higher than we hoped for, we wouldn't be able to pay double for warranty. Was basically told "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" so I said let me discuss with my husband over the weekend. Called him back 1/13/25 no response (shocker!). I then get a call from my salesman that Monday night stating that he was driving to my house that night so I could RE-sign OTHER paperwork that was not correct so they could submit for my PA tags since my MD temporary tags expire 2/5/25. I asked again about my warranty since I signed a contract and so did they and was told "they were diligently submitting for an exception to uphold the ppwrk submitted". Multiple attempts to contact them with no response, which appears to be there typical thing there-AVOIDANCE, thinking if they stop responding it will go away but IT WON'T. Here we are 1/29/25 and I still have yet to receive my PA tags and still have to get a PA inspection once I receive them. WHAT A xxxxSHOW of a dealer. I already pulled one referral I had initially sent to them, I hope to save someone else from the giant headache. The only good thing I can say about them was my salesman, hopefully he wises up and seeks employment elsewhere. If they treat their customers like this I would hate to see how they treat their employees!! More

They’ll take your money but good luck with any help afterwards. Can’t even get a manager to answer a phone or call you back! My temp tags are expiring and MVA says they have nothing from the dealersh afterwards. Can’t even get a manager to answer a phone or call you back! UPDATED: I thought this experience was going to be good considering Cammeron initially was polite, boy was I wrong!!! My husband who is military and I bought a 2024 used pathfinder from Ourisman Chevrolet considering Cammeron initially was polite, boy was I wrong!!! My husband who is military and I bought a 2024 used pathfinder from Ourisman Chevrolet after having issues at Ourisman Mazda. I added the 9H coating into the contract and opted for a 6-year tag since I was buying in MD but live in Delaware. Cammeron was aware of this, it was written in my contract, and I paid extra money to have the additional service and extended tags. Cammeron also said that they would fix three dents/scratches that were present on the vehicle for no charge and gave me a "We owe you" paper for it. My husband was not able to come with me because he just got stationed in California. When I went to pick up the vehicle because they had said that the vehicle was ready (scratches/dents fixed and 9H coating applied), the service was not completed, nothing had been done on the vehicle. My husband paid for an Uber three times for me because they kept having faulty work and did not fix the scratches repeatedly. They also thought I was stupid because I am a female and assumed I would know nothing about the 9H coating (what the paint should look like after it is applied, beading of water, and cure time), when I approached Cammeron about it he was disrespectful and told me it was not a big deal that they did not do the work. It was not until my husband called him that he was apologetic. Then KENYA totally disregarded the contract and only applied for a 2-year tag. She accused me of not opting for a 6-year tag when it was clearly in the contract and paid for. Cammeron admitted that she did the paperwork wrong and assured me that they would fix it. 19 days later and I had to call them to find out that the DMV said that I would have to do the paperwork. At this point my husband and I have been through more than enough with these people. We have lost time, and money dealing with them, from the countless Ubers, to paying extra for services that were not completed on three different occasions, to having to fix their mistakes without being compensated for it and them not reimbursing the additional funds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They specifically disrespect and take advantage of women, that is horrible. More
