While I debated on given four stars due to frustrations that the car I had traveled for had been sold before I arrived due to a human error. I am reminded the one I had previously spoke with had kindly ans that the car I had traveled for had been sold before I arrived due to a human error. I am reminded the one I had previously spoke with had kindly answered all of my questions and responded in timely matter. When Wesley Chapel noticed the issue upon my arrival I was introduced to Camille and Manny, whom I had never spoke with either. They sit down and listened to the size, features, and the color my daughter wanted and quickly went to work to find even a better deal then I had came for. The two certainly earned five stars due to their professionalism, kindness, and help to make sure we left not with something but something matching our wishes that we were very happy with. We came home with a beautiful Nissan Rogue that rides and drives so quite, smooth, comfortable, and is filled with more safety and bonus features than we expected. Thank you Manny and Camille! In the future I would feel comfortable in using Wesley Chapel Nissan again. More

I was very impressed with the whole process. no one else wanted to help me buy a car on MY terms. I told Jason that all the dealers I had spoken with were telling me the banks are requiring seve no one else wanted to help me buy a car on MY terms. I told Jason that all the dealers I had spoken with were telling me the banks are requiring several thousand dollars down that I don't have. He had a finance manager call me. Camille asked me what was happening to me, what terms I wanted and could afford. she had me fill out their online app and asked me to give her an hour or so to go over everything. 45 minutes later she called me back with an approval from a credit union at my terms. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. no back and forth no BS. Just a simple, "you're approved, when can you come in to sign?" I hadn't even seen the car in person. they listened to me and worked it out. More

High pressure, strong arm sales tactics created an unwelcoming environment. We went with full intentions to purchase a specific vehicle. We were transparent (too much really) in what we we’re looking unwelcoming environment. We went with full intentions to purchase a specific vehicle. We were transparent (too much really) in what we we’re looking to pay and what we needed for our trade. The low balled our trade, like we don’t know what it’s worth, both retail and average black book trade value. After going around, we discovered our car was blocked in and the keys were being held by the team of thieves in a private room. The whole experience just made us feel uncomfortable. We drove 1 1/2 hours one way to buy this car. We felt disgraced and really disappointed on our ride home. It’s not about the money. We could pay cash for any vehicle on the lot including the row of Benz along the back line. It was about showing respect and the lack of wanting to build a relationship. Just sell the car mentality. Oh, well we didn’t get the car we wanted and they didn’t get the sale. More
