Overall I support this dealer. Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not predatory it feels like very poor form. Also they lost record of my warranty for two years.... If the service advisors weren't so personable I would've switched to an independent shop a long time ago. More

More than double fees! I took car in for routine service b for my car. They charged me $1455.00!!! I called draper and they would have done the exact same thing for $599. I called other dealerships in surrounding cities, The highest I could find was $800. When they suggested this service for my caR with 14k miles, they didn't say, " by the way this is going to cost $1455.00" which would have been helpful. Not pleased. More
