Now, it seems your technicians are not as well trained, nor caring as in the past.
Also, it seems the attitude in your organization is one where older vehicles don’t get the best attention as do new/newer vehicles.
My hope has always been toward buying a new Mercedes from your dealership someday. But, based on my last experience, perhaps not. Thanks for the past good experience.
