Nissan of Cool Springs is a family friendly environment. The staff make the car buying process enjoyable, exciting and engaging. Test driving the vehicles is a great experience. Everything is great. I felt that Cameron really took time to walk me through the car buying process. He explained everything in detail and I drove away with a used Jeep Patriot in good condition. Cameron, Connor and France provided the smoothest experience I could have hoped for, and we were able to work out a great deal on a 15’ Camaro SS. I’m in the love with vehicle and they even delivered it and took care of some shop costs for me as it needed a little work on it going into the purchase. I can’t recommend them enough and I hope to be back in a few years to trade it in on another one! Walk in, ask for Cameron, prepared to be stunned with stellar customer service from everyone involved and walk out with the confidence that your hard earned money was spent well. More

Filled an inquiry on Nissan of Cool Springs before they opened. Was called by the manager as soon as they opened. An hour later Cameron called me and got all the details of the truck I wanted. He continued opened. Was called by the manager as soon as they opened. An hour later Cameron called me and got all the details of the truck I wanted. He continued to text, call, and FaceTime this morning as I live an hour from the dealership and didn’t want to waste my time. When I arrived this afternoon Cameron greeted me with a huge smile and was soo friendly. His calm and cool demeanor would have you questioning he’s only been doing this for a few months. Cameron took his time going over every detail to make sure I left with the truck I wanted. He went over every feature and if realized I understood would skip to the next. He was very personable, friendly, engaging and was never pushy. In fact I felt I was on vacation. Especially considering how I was treated yesterday at another dealer where I left in rage. He was able to work me a great deal even in this sellers market and I left very happy. Cameron is someone I’m glad to have in my address book as he encourages me to call him direct for service and any questions 24/7. While he is just turning 22 next weekend, it’s clear Cameron is going to go far with his great charm and willingness to help. More
