Kenneth James is just great every single time I need service or repairs/concerns. He’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated on my vehicles. My ace. Doug is almost a tie. Been knowing him for close to 20 years at Longo and his last dealership. I try to divvy up my services between the two. But both are excellent.
