We had to have a car with a comfortable seat due to my husband’s bad back. They took the time to work to find one that would work for him. The sales experience was wonderful. I worked with Monica Rodriguez and she was great. I got a great deal on my truck, and did not pay anywhere near sticker price. However, getting over I worked with Monica Rodriguez and she was great. I got a great deal on my truck, and did not pay anywhere near sticker price. However, getting over to finance and completing the entire process was a real pain. I started working with Monica at 1045am, and did not finish in finance and signing all paperwork until 445pm. So, it literally took my entire day to purchase a vehicle, which is the one thing I hate the most about doing when purchasing a new vehicle! So 5 stars on the sales team, and everyone's friendliness, but 1 star for the finance team and getting me out of there quickly, so overall a 3 star experience. More
