This dealership and their service department is a joke. We brought our Explorer in that we had originally purchased here for multiple recalls and some other basic services in mid July. One of the recalls was the exterior A-pillar trim. Without having replacement parts on hand, they pulled the A-pillar trim knowing that 90% of the time (they admitted this) that the trim will break. They also "lost" my car several times over following few weeks as I tried to get updates on the various service items needing to be completed. By mid August I was finally able to get my car back. No loaner car, no apologies. And to top it off the A-pillar trim still wasn't available, so I had to drive off with a car that looks like ghetto trash. I was told "late October" for replacements to come in and they would call. It's now the end of October and I had to call them for an update. I'm now being told end of 2024 or early 2025 for the parts to come in and I'll have to drive around looking like trash until then. This dealership was already bad under Zeck, and now it's a complete mess. Don't buy from this dealer, and if for some reason you do I recommend avoiding their service group entirely. More

This is my 2nd car purchased from Zeck. Zeck is a 40 minute drive from my residence. Literally, there are dozens of auto dealerships between my residence and Leavenworth. When you stop in to look, they do not jump on you like a duck on a June Bug, they give you room to move. When you walk in and are ready to talk, they are ready and willing. Prices seem fair. First and last Zeck purchase. Their website showed the vehicle had 600 miles, actual was 6,000. I had already assumed it was a former courtesy vehicle given the price and would Their website showed the vehicle had 600 miles, actual was 6,000. I had already assumed it was a former courtesy vehicle given the price and would have more than 600 miles; not really a big deal, so I proceed anyways. Test drive was fine, Cole was excellent to work with. However, after Cole handed me off to financing, that's where the honesty and transparency ended. When I first declined their insanely expensive and useless third party service contract and Gap coverage, Cameron in finance said he could "call in a favor from Ford" and could get both of those to me for only $14 per month. Quick math tells me $14 per month at 72 months financed would come out to be a total of $1008, sure why not? I get home to find that my sales contract shows the actual cost of the Gap was $900 and the third party service contract was $2,983! That additional $3,883 financed at 72 @ 4.9% comes out to be $62 per month extra, not even accounting for the additional sales tax I was charged on both of those items. What is transparent about any that? The service contract is bogus, not a single positive review, why would Zeck even promote this over a Ford ESP? The $900 Gap addendum, yeah, I was able to add loan payoff to my auto insurance for $10 for 6 months. I immediately mailed signed cancellation documents for both of these unnecessary coverages as outlined in the provided pamphlet. I will update this review when the dealer properly processes the cancellations, at this time, they have NOT. This dealership claims to be no-haggle and transparent; that's only until you get to financing; then all they want to talk about is the payment. This method allows their finance folks to manipulate your interest rate and payment. Then when they finally give you the actual Ford financing that you were already well-qualified for, they can still bake in several thousand in add-ons and lessen the payment amount. To top off my Zeck experience, the vehicle comes back from detailing with 3 of the 4 tires shined, dirt and grime still all over the lower exterior of the vehicle. I also get home that evening and surprise, the website is now updated with correct mileage AND a lower price. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from Zeck Ford again. It’s a shame as I was really hoping to build a relationship with this dealer as I’m new to Leavenworth and purchase new every year or two. If you want true no gimmicks or headache, Thoroughbred Ford of Platte City and Louisburg Ford are two excellent options that I really wish I would have gone back to instead of wasting my time here. Neither of those two other dealerships sell bogus third party service contracts or lie about payment amounts and interest rates. More

My husband and I were just looking at SUV’s with no real agenda. We talked with Chase and he was very professional. We test drove a Ford Edge and it was great. When we were done with the paperwork, Chase was still there to see us off ( we were still there when it closed). I will and do recommend to purchase a vehicle from Zeck Ford. More
