I had the pleasure of working with Derek Adams my Salesman And Jeff Davis the New Car Inventory Manager. Derek is an outstanding individual who is knowledgeable in every aspect of the vehicle I was buying. He answered every question that I had and it’s almost like he built the thing himself. I special ordered my vehicle and during that time frame Derek would call me and give me updates two times a week. It was greatly appreciated and it actually got myself and my family pretty pumped up about the delivery of our new Outback. The staff at five star truly has their act together. They really know how to cater to the customer and show them the utmost’ respect. Most people would think that buying a car is a “pain in the rear” because of past experiences with other dealerships, but I’ll say this… when it comes time for you to get a new Subaru and you don’t want to deal with the a “pain in the rear situation”, then I strongly suggest you go over to five star in Grapevine. I don’t know what they’re teaching those people, but their customer service is above and beyond and it’s not just the Salesman you’re working with…it’s the whole team! It almost seems like they work cohesively to make the process flow. The facility is outstanding! I was pretty much in and out of the dealership in about an hour and 10 minutes. When most people dread the logistics of the purchase… I was impressed. Even the Finance Department absolutely killed it! I couldn’t believe how awesome The experience was.
