Terrible customer service. Do not service your vehicle here! The dealership told us twice that they would correct an oil filter issue that was seemingly caused in house FOR FRE Do not service your vehicle here! We verified this info, made an appt a week in advance, drove 45 min to the dealership and sat for 2 HOURS just to be charged. When my husband asked questions the service man snatched our keys and walked away. The store manager was completely unhelpful and would not honor the fact that we were told this would be done for free. More

If you desire responsiveness and a reliable car, please do not purchase here! My 73 year old Mom drove over two hours to purchase a vehicle after her car was destroyed by a microburst. In the three month do not purchase here! My 73 year old Mom drove over two hours to purchase a vehicle after her car was destroyed by a microburst. In the three months that she has had the vehicle, her fog lights are not working, the cameras are not functioning, and now the brakes are scrubbing. We have tried several times to get the situation handled and no responses recently. This is not the way that we treat the elderly with limited funds!!! We even took the vehicle to another Hyundai Dealership and they provided documentation that the car was not properly inspected before the purchase, still no response other than some rodents could have chewed on the wires. According to documentation and pictures that were provided, this did not happen. I appeal to you to please do not purchase at this dealership especially if you want the comfort and security in your purchase!!!! More

Best car buying experience EVER! Everyone I dealt with there was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured in any way, and the purchase went smoothly and quickly compared to most other car purchases I have made. Had one minor issue a few days after buying the car and they took care of it immediately, even though I bought the car used and they owed me nothing. Will recommend LKN Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! More

Returning home from a trip to Florida, our 2011 Sonata was having engine issues. We were towed to Lake Norman Hyundai. It was AFTER HOURS and a young gentleman came out to greet us to see how he could he was having engine issues. We were towed to Lake Norman Hyundai. It was AFTER HOURS and a young gentleman came out to greet us to see how he could help. He wrote up repair and told us the service techs would be in at 7:30 a.m. He would have them check out car first thing. At 6:00 a.m. Bobbi the service manager was there looking for our car. He invited us inside to get warm and asked us if we would like breakfast . We had slept in car all night. We soon had bedfast and warmed up. Bobbi visited with us for about 1/2 hour, wow we felt at home and very welcome. The bad news, our car could be fixed, but not today. We had a tight schedule and needed to be back in Ohio the next morning. We decided to buy another car. Jeremy was our salesman. He was awesome too!! We thought, were do you find these wonderfully dedicated employees? Jeremy was very mindful of our time line, and at one point had a couple of other employees helping prep new car so we were able to get on the road. Big Jon, the finance man had all our papers ready, and quickly helped us through that process. While we waiting for service techs to check out our car, I noticed a sign on the dealership window, it was an award for best hyundai dealership in 2022. I have been in the retail sector, customer service for over 44 years. We soon realized why they we given this award!!! Great experience!! We purchased a Sante Fe XRT. What a joy to drive. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond our expectations!! Thanks to all, and have a very Merry Christmas!! More
