Great customer service! Alexis was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. Coming from Omaha on multiple days, our family wouldn’t get to Lincoln until close to closing time f Alexis was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. Coming from Omaha on multiple days, our family wouldn’t get to Lincoln until close to closing time for the dealership but we never felt rushed through the process. Alexis and the Honda team were also understanding of a kink in the financial process and allowed our family to borrow the van for a week before bringing it back to finish the purchase. Even when the check engine light came on for the van, Alexis drove a loaner vehicle to us to use while the dealership performed the necessary repair on the van. In summary, it was a great experience and we would definitely consider purchasing future vehicles from this dealership. More
