Calvin provided a professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales experience. He kept us informed while the vehicle was in transit and stayed on top of things. We found the negotiations amicable until we were informed that the $659 sealant had been applied to the auto, even though I had specifically asked that it not be applied. When "Ron" , the person that negotiated the selling price got involved, the buying experience took a less than pleasant turn. It's common knowledge that the dealer has the upper hand in negotiations, due to supply chain issues, etc. We accept that. However, Ron seemed to take specific pleasure in rubbing our noses in it and make sure we were aware that he held all of the cards. Frankly, he pissed us off. Calvin had us feeling very good about the purchasing the vehicle until Ron got involved. When spending that much money, a customer should be given more respect and be made to feel good about their purchase rather than drag the buying experience down. Someone should give Ron a hug or something. He seems to have people issues. More
