After building my desired spec on Honda's website on January 9th, Calvin responded within minutes - literally less than 2 minutes after submitting my inquiry! Despite the snow delay, they (Tyler & Robert) made the process incredibly smooth. What impressed me most was we completed most of the transaction from home while waiting for better weather. No hidden fees, no sales pressure, just straightforward honest service. Being a third-time Honda buyer, I've had my share of car-buying experiences, but this was hands down the quickest and most hassle-free purchase ever.
