Upon Calvin’s inspection, he said he could still smell it and said he’d take care of it!!! Indeed he did and my car has been refreshed!!! Even after I cleaned, my grandsons could still smell it.. Friendly, courteous service from Calvin There was some confusion regarding the free nav map update. I received an email from Hyundai that said to get free upgrade. Also an email from MnSOFT There was some confusion regarding the free nav map update. I received an email from Hyundai that said to get free upgrade. Also an email from MnSOFT telling of the different options for the V13.5 update. Service dept couldn’t find this offer. Calvin indicated he would further investigate and call me on Friday. No call I talked to Eric Pak while at the dealership and explained the situation. He told me to order the update from MnSOFT then bring him the invoice and he would reimburse me. I ordered the update and will that the invoice in for reimbursement. Thank you Eric Pak More
