Great service Jack is very experience Tech service person and polite. He checked my car preivious history knew exactly what my car needed for service- do collant. I am the type perosn like to ask service person check this , check that, do this , do that... Jack had been very polite taking all my requets and gave explaination after done the car. During the pick-up , Jack's co-worker Calvin came to approach while he saw we were in Jack's line waiting him help other customer. Excellent team-work, not let customer waitng and waiting just want to pay bill. ( this won't happended in Toyota ) More

If I could of gave them no stars that would be more appropriate I've worked in the car business for fifteen years I never seen a more scandalous dealership ever take my word stay away from this place t appropriate I've worked in the car business for fifteen years I never seen a more scandalous dealership ever take my word stay away from this place they are looking to cheat you any way they can plus they will put u on hold and leave you on hold if you disagree with them I brought my car in because the engine was bad they told me no it's fine and said I needed spark plugs and they did a oil change I dropped it off on a Monday picked it up on a Wednesday and they delivered me a car that wouldn't pass a horse and buggy same problem as stated but $358.00 on hold for them to cheat me out of spark plugs $33.00 a piece 15 minute tune up $210 in labor and the technician didn't even test drive the car they then had a new diagnosis for me car it's the turbo now they without looking at the real problem are trying to cash in on a turbo I had enough of there list they go by before they actually look at the underlying problem they want to turn u into a guinea pig and see if they get lucky at your expense.theg got the wrong guy 15 minhffor this one! They refunded me $148 and are trying to keep $210 for fifteen minutes labor and they treated me like I was a bad customer who wasn't going with there diagnosis so treat me like a trouble maker don't do business with liars cheater thieves More

Service quality I've went to South Bay Hyundai recently to have my car checked. Calvin was the right guy for me and he took such good care of my car. I had a minor brake issue w/ the car but he seem to knew that right away after talking for few minutes. Overall great work, very quick and great customer service. Service Department is great! I was greeted upon arriving at the dealership by Calvin who made me feel like a VIP. The wait time for my car was less than an hour.
