Purchased a car from this location and within 2 weeks the transmission blew. Took it to service and communication between service and sales and myself was horrible. I had to keep on top of them for updates. transmission blew. Took it to service and communication between service and sales and myself was horrible. I had to keep on top of them for updates. When my car was declared a lemon they were not helpful at all in finding a replacement. I had to reach out to consumer affairs at genesis to get anything done. Now 3.5 months later I’m still in a rental because corporate isn’t capable of facilitating a replacement vehicle as per lemon law. I had to jump through all these hoops to find the car myself, and finally finding one I was informed it was reserved for me at Westlake dealership. Come 5 weeks later I’ve been informed that corporate took too long and the dealership sold it instead. Not a very pleasant and promising Start to my interactions with Genesis. More
