Took 2 months in the shop for them to inform me that the part needed for my car was on back order and the rental I was given was only covered for 17 days. I had to cover the other 43 days and Hyundai corpor part needed for my car was on back order and the rental I was given was only covered for 17 days. I had to cover the other 43 days and Hyundai corporate has yet to reach back to me on finding a solution. And my car is still not fixed. More

I went to my 10:00 appointment, they took me right in, and told me they'd call when the car was ready. It happened exactly as stated. I also asked if they could take my car the car wash right next doo and told me they'd call when the car was ready. It happened exactly as stated. I also asked if they could take my car the car wash right next door and let them wash the car before I picked it up. (I have a contract with Hyundai and my vehicle purchase that allows this.) They accommodated that, too, happily. I'm very pleased with their service. I always am pleased, every time I go in. More
