Service center was dismissive of my issue from drop off to pick up. They didn’t bother to even start looking at it until I came back for it 6 hours later (so it sat there for 6 hours without anyone looking to pick up. They didn’t bother to even start looking at it until I came back for it 6 hours later (so it sat there for 6 hours without anyone looking at it) even though I had an appointment. The evaluation was lazy, and again, dismissive. I was lied to when I asked about whether they looked at it the way I asked them to. Combine this with the fact that this service department has already scratched my truck previously and I’m very disappointed. I called to speak to a service manager 3 times and left 2 voicemails but have yet to receive a call back. More

The dealership made initial contact with me about a recall for my vehicle. Then they scheduled for me to have a rental and to drop off my vehicle. First time around, though, they did not have a rental recall for my vehicle. Then they scheduled for me to have a rental and to drop off my vehicle. First time around, though, they did not have a rental vehicle available and didn't really do anything to resolve that. I made second contact to try to reschedule the work and a rental, and after I insisted on contact from a manager, finally got the work and rental scheduled and ultimately completed. But the initial incompetence and miscommunication left me with an unfavorable opinion of the dealership. More
