I went to this dealership to buy a truck I saw. After test driving I agreed on a price and trade deal with the salesman and told them to run credit for financing. The salemans came back with finance the offer, but the price on the buyer order has went up by $351. He said they had forgot to put a tag fee on it, but did not bother to come tell me before they ran my credit. The financing they offered was way higher than what I had been pre-approved for at my bank. They said I could just go get the loan at my bank. I asked if they could bring the price back to what I had agreed upon since the had already ran my credit and was told no. At first I said I wasn't sure I was going to go for it since they changed the price, but ended up calling the bank and got the documents sent to ge the loan. I called the salesman soon after I left to let him know I was buying the truck and had him send the title image to my bank for my loan. I set up a time to come the next day to purchase the truck. While I was at my bank picking up the check the salesman texted me and told me they were showing thay truck to someone else. I told.gim I was on my way with the check and asked if I was still going to be able to buy it. He would never give me a straight answer and dragged me along to come there and wait around. I come to find out they indeed never intended on letting me buy the truck if the other customer came to an agreement because I was there before they even got a price negotiated, but I was still not given an opportunity to buy the truck. They were keeping me around to use as negotiation tactic against the other customer and just as a back up buyer even though I was the original buyer. More

Lou Fusz was an easy pleasant experience when purchasing my new car. It was my first time buying a Buick and Caleb, our salesman was outstanding in so many ways. He was personable, knowledgeable and not p my new car. It was my first time buying a Buick and Caleb, our salesman was outstanding in so many ways. He was personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. Even after the sale I needed help getting our licenses because they had not come and he immediately took care of the issue for me, even though I don’t think it was his responsibility. I can’t say enough nice things about Caleb and highly recommend him and the dealership. Kristi also did a fantastic job showing me all the features of the car. She was a gem with her patience and kindness,towards me. Thank you Lou Fusz for these two top notch people of yours that I was blessed to get to work with that day. More

Fusz sold me a MULTIPLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS extended service plan that is dealership specific to their location at $0.00 deductible, or I have to pay a $200.00 deductible at my hometown dealership. T service plan that is dealership specific to their location at $0.00 deductible, or I have to pay a $200.00 deductible at my hometown dealership. They knew full-well that I was from out of state. They knew I would have any needed work performed at my local hometown dealership, having explained it to them several times. I don't remember discussing "DISAPPEARING" terms during any and all of that conversation, seeming to only have been informed of the Benefits of the ESP, and none of the downside as written, by way of taking the vehicle to my local dealership, and having to pay that deductible. This was done during the chaos of trying to process overwhelming amounts of new information coming from several people on several fronts all at once, totsl mentsl CHAOS! I personally feel 100% like this is trickery, and the warranty needs to be transferred to my local dealership WITH -0- deductible terms!!!!! More
