This was one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. We live about three hours from the dealership so just going in to look wasn't really an option. All interactions until actually signing the contract was done via email and text. Caleb was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The vehicle was represented accurately in the photos and the video Caleb provided. There were truly no surprises when we arrived to actually purchase. The dealership had priced the vehicle very competitively without any of the usual dealer add-ons. Zero pressure sales from Caleb. During our walk-around, they noticed an area in the bed of the truck that had not been thoroughly detailed and they took it back to be detailed again without our requesting it. Overall, I highly recommend Bozard Ford and would buy another vehicle from them without hesitation. The entire experience was positive and professional. More
