Family man! I have 2 BEAUTIFUL children, and a very loving (patient) wife I could not function without. I grew up in the small town of North Manchester, IN where my parents still live. I have been travelling down this career path for over 10 years, coming from 5+ years of customer service in the restaurant industry where I learned much about customer service.
