Went on Saturday to get my car looked at the gentleman there was super nice. They were fast and efficient and got me out of there in no time so I could go to work. This was an exceptional shop. I was traveling and 1000 miles from home when suddenly I needed service! The dealership worked me in quickly and got me back on the road! I haven’t had any luck with any Toyota dealership I have gone to. This one was by far the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Setting an appointment was fine but everything that followed gone to. This one was by far the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Setting an appointment was fine but everything that followed was chaotic. From members of Toyota yelling at my grandmother over the phone when she was trying to figure out why the price of a part increases basically $1000 to being given the cold shoulder when I was finally able to pick up my car. To make amends of them keeping my car for 3+ weeks when it was only supposed to be one, I received a 3 month trail to Sirius XM….. I had to pay $1300 for a rental and had to keep extending it since they ordered the wrong part, and then it took a week (2 weeks) for it to come in, just for it to “get lost” and then I could finally pick up my car. I could’ve kept driving my car if I knew it would take that long for the part to come in but I was told it would be done by the next week. I have loved having my car but I will not be getting another Toyota thanks to the “customer service” I receive every time. More

I’ve owned my Camry that I bought from Toyota of Louisville, and have used the service department for nearly every regular service it has needed. Without fail, this is the best car service experie Louisville, and have used the service department for nearly every regular service it has needed. Without fail, this is the best car service experience every single time. The lounges to wait in are comfortable, the communication about your auto’s service needs is complete and I find the pricing more than fair. My Camry is 7 years old and I feel confident that using the Toyota of Louisville service department will keep it going for many, many years to come. I appreciate everyone there and will be back for the next service in May! More

The car had been riding rough. They found the problem quickly and it was different than I thought. Took care of it at a reasonable price and my car is riding smoothly again.
