Sean Goldman was a relatively new employee and really was not able to do much for me. Calaise Jackson did not even come down to greet us to put the face and name together of the person who I was correspond not able to do much for me. I was just standing around waiting in line to check in while the overwhelmed cashier tried to take payments, check us in, and locate some sales staff for 3 walk-ins and us. I could have just as well walked in without an appointment. If she would have come downstairs as requested, when I called you upon my arrival and made sure I got set up with someone, then this would have been a much more pleasant experience. Yelica Torres took over as my contact which was a game changer. She gave me a much better quote over the phone and I continued to shop around. I got a lower quote but she agreed to match it so I came down to the dealership to complete the paperwork. On the floor I dealt with Jessica Villamena and she was totally awesome! Devin in finance was great, he did not try to stuff in extras and the agreed price was adhered to. The process did take 4 hours which was I was really only prepared for 2 to 2.5 hours. It was quite a wait for finance. More staff in finance is definitely warranted. More
