I recently purchased a vehicle from Chanel at Hall Toyota, and the experience was exceptional! She truly stood out by respecting my preferences and never pressuring me into making a decision I wasn’t Toyota, and the experience was exceptional! She truly stood out by respecting my preferences and never pressuring me into making a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. While I was considering a used car, Chanel was incredibly patient, listened to my needs, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable because of her professionalism and understanding. If you're looking for someone who genuinely puts your needs first, I highly recommend Chanel! More

Disappointed! I purchased a vehicle from Sherry and had it delivered to my house on July 30 of this year. Upon delivery I did not receive any paperwork whatsoever I purchased a vehicle from Sherry and had it delivered to my house on July 30 of this year. Upon delivery I did not receive any paperwork whatsoever except one piece of paper showing that the truck had actually been delivered. The gentleman who delivered it said copies of paperwork would be forwarded to me. After two weeks I still had not received any paperwork and was not able to pay my property taxes until August 29. At that time copies were sent to Sheri Ward. She had the paperwork processed and it was sent to your third-party contractor. I called two weeks ago and spoke with Caitlyn Gonzalez. She said she would contact the third-party contractor find out where they’re at in the process and called me back, she did not. I called her back today and she gave me the same response that she would contact the third-party contractor and call me back. I told her that’s exactly what she told me two weeks ago and that she never bothered to call me back. This morning I was pulled over an issue the citation because my temporary tag has exceeded the 45 days. Before that I have gone to the South Carolina DMV five times just to find out that my truck has still not been registered with Greenville County in South Carolina. This is the first and absolutely the last time I will ever purchase a vehicle either out of state or online. Well I’m sure you and your staff believe you have done everything in your power to have this vehicle registered, I believe it could’ve been done quicker. It also bothers me that Miss Gonzalez had a very laissez-faire attitude toward my $150 ticket this morning. I guess she assumes if I can afford a $70,000 truck I can afford $150 ticket. While Sheri Ward did a great job for me and you (making sure you got your units sold and probably your monthly or quarter bonus from Toyota), the rest of your staff has failed miserably. I would never recommend your company to anyone. More

Thanks, Caitlyn, for stepping in to get our Virginia license plates to us, four days after our temp expired, but not bad for coming in just after Labor Day weekend. I had called VA DMV. They claimed a b license plates to us, four days after our temp expired, but not bad for coming in just after Labor Day weekend. I had called VA DMV. They claimed a backlog was the problem and that the NC dealership could just give us an extension on our temporary tags. Not possible. But everything worked out. THANKS! More

I have been waiting for my tags for almost 60 days, My temp has been expired and i got a ticket from the state police. I cant drive my vehicle at all now. I talked to the title people 3 weeks ago and they temp has been expired and i got a ticket from the state police. I cant drive my vehicle at all now. I talked to the title people 3 weeks ago and they blame DMV in delaware. I talked to the GM this week and he blames the DMV in Delaware. NOBODY wants to lift a ringer to help me solve this problem. They just want to deflect ths issue somewhere else. I was at Delaware DMV yesterday and they told me if I had more information that they could help me out . I called the dealer again and now i get no response. the sign of a good company is that when they have an issue with a customer that they step up and do anything they can for fix the problem. I have a buyer for this vehicle and I cant sell with no registration . This has now cost me over $3000 in value for the vehicle. I tried to contact them requesting this info and I get crickets. More
