My experience with Fafama Auto Sales was awesome. I purchased an F250 with Augusto Pimazoni. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. By far my best I purchased an F250 with Augusto Pimazoni. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. By far my best dealership experience in my whole life. The finance process was super easy and they got the best deal for me. I would highly recommend Fafama and its team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Very bad service don’t have loaner while the car get fixed I have extended warranty now they are telling me I have to pay out of my pocket this is ridiculous I haven’t been with this car for a year only fixed I have extended warranty now they are telling me I have to pay out of my pocket this is ridiculous I haven’t been with this car for a year only 9 month I’m not happy at all I’m bringing this car back and move on to another dealer that’s going to treat me better and have better service pls don’t go here More

I purchased my car here a year and a 1/2 ago… I've had a few issues with the vehicle that were not the dealer's fault…. anytime I've needed any service or help with my vehicle Fafama that has been attentive few issues with the vehicle that were not the dealer's fault…. anytime I've needed any service or help with my vehicle Fafama that has been attentive and quick to manage the situation. the pricing has been fair and they've always done everything they can do to help me to get my vehicle running the way that it should be. Julia is amazing she's knowledgeable she's friendly and she knows her job… very hard working I would trust Fafama. More

Terrible, terrible, and more terrible. Buyers beware before you buy here. They are fast talkers and try to close your deal very fast without giving you all the information. I spent just over $40,000 on before you buy here. They are fast talkers and try to close your deal very fast without giving you all the information. I spent just over $40,000 on a truck, I later found out was made in Canada, so harder to resell. My truck only had 37k miles on it, but shorty after I bought it, it started to make this horrible scraping sound coming from the engine. I tried to reason with them and ask them if they could fix the vehicle, brought it in for service as I was still under the 90 day warranty from them and they refused to repair the vehicle and told me that there was nothing wrong with it even after showing them the video I had made with the scraping noise. I had to bring my truck to a Ford dealer and pay money for them to diagnose and fix the problem. I would never recommend or buy any vehicle from this dealership ever again, terrible service, they lie to you, and service department is absolutely terrible. I made a $40,000 mistake buying a vehicle that had problems with it and they would not even honor their own warranty! More
