As you stated, you have been with your new car for almost a year, but it is essential to remember that all vehicles require basic maintenance, which includes regular oil changes. You just brought the car back to us last week, and since the purchase date, no oil change has been performed on that car. My service department has gone above and beyond trying to help you, and we even had a claim open for you, in which we explained the extended warranty terms, and we proceeded to schedule one appointment for the following Monday. So we are surprised by your comment, as we did nothing but help you. Unfortunately, we are not able to satisfy everyone, but we do try our best to do so. Hello Jason, We value each customer's opinion, and it's never our goal to deceive our customers in any way. All of our vehicles come with a full dealer warranty, and we honor that. We never deny service to any of our customers under our dealer warranty agreement. To clarify, your truck stayed with us for two days, and we did not find any problems whatsoever with the car. Also, we have never heard back from you since then. On top of that, nothing was present to us when asked about Ford's diagnosis. We always try our best to provide the best warranty service for our customers and do our best in all situations. What you had asked us to do, was completely unrealistic since the truck was performing in compliance with the manufacture's specifications. If the truck has any problems, you are more than welcome to bring it back to us, as you are still under our dealer warranty.
