Coming from a bare bones car that was almost 8 years old, CJ was super patient with me. I am on the older side, so technology does not come easy for me. CJ Nichols was our introduction to Tucson Subaru. He was our initial contact via their website. In person we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very focused on helping us find the right Subaru. our initial contact via their website. We were pretty sure we wanted a Crosstrek but CJ gave us the opportunity to check out the Forester and the Outback. Once we determined the Crosstrek met our needs CJ walked us through each of the different models and the changes for each year. He allowed us to drive both new and certified used Subarus. He is enthusiastic, clearly enjoys his job and is not the "pushy car salesperson". Once we found the perfect Crosstrek the remaining process was relatively simple and easy. Curt McHenry, our finance guy, wrapped up the deal and helped us get on our way quickly. On a follow-up visit Darla Muckley helped me unravel the Apple Car Play and Android Auto features. All-in-all we would highly rate our experiences at Tucson Subaru. We would recommend both CJ and the dealership. Thanks guys for great service! More
