Low Pressure Experience & Delivered What was Promised Just purchased my first ever Toyota. From the moment I saw that CH-R on the road I new I had to get mine. BUT it had to be that hot Red Flare Pearl co Just purchased my first ever Toyota. From the moment I saw that CH-R on the road I new I had to get mine. BUT it had to be that hot Red Flare Pearl color - nothing else would do! LOL I first inquired online and Heather got back to me right away. I then had called CJ the Manager, who was referred to me soon after my initial online inquiry, by one of my friends who has used this dealership on her last (4) car purchases. I explained to him exactly what I wanted. He said I can come on down and test drive a black one they had on the lot and then said no problem they would order me the one in red that I wanted. So I made an appointment and came down to meet with my Salesman, Steve Lang. Steve was awesome! Great guy, super friendly, not pushy at all. He understood I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was confident he could hit all my expectations. Three days later I picked her up and drove her home and oh boy my "Roxie" is a beautiful girl! Bill in Finance was so fabulous I want him to be my life-long friend! LOVED him! Thanks guys for such a painless process to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. More

Service was great. They replaced the battery in key. Recently had the keyless entry key battery replaced. In the recent past had 4 new tires and battery replaced. I did get the shuttle to work and picked up. There were 2 different guys - they were very nice but the guy in the afternoon that picked me up to go back to Toyota drove on the Merritt way too fast. I was definitely nervous. More
