I would like to thank my Service Adviser, CJ Carranza, for taking care of my service check up. He was spot on with the service I needed and the price I needed to pay. He also let me know I had a service r for taking care of my service check up. He was spot on with the service I needed and the price I needed to pay. He also let me know I had a service recall that needed to be done and took care of that. The dealership was clean and the casher made it very easy to check out! Thank you! More

CJ was instrumental with working with the me about the parts that became defective. I have been having my Honda’s serviced at Auto Park Honda for fourteen years. I don’t go anywhere else, and I’ve been dealing with CJ Carranza for that same fourteen years as well. I feel comfortable with for fourteen years. I don’t go anywhere else, and I’ve been dealing with CJ Carranza for that same fourteen years as well. I feel comfortable with CJ and trust him to do what is right for me and my car. He has always taken excellent care of my cars. I moved from Cary to Knightdale in 2010, but I still drive to Cary to get my services solely because of CJ Carranza. He is outstanding and so is the service. More

Very helpful accommodating and friendly staff! I had to move some luggages into my car in the middle of the repair, which is a rather abnormal request I can imagine, but they helped me out. Then upon completion of the service (and even after I already paid), they still helped me install my temporary plates when I asked for assistance from a random employee who happened to pass by. They also have this text messaging service where you can inquire about your car's status I'm very happy with their service and I highly recommend this Honda branch! More

I visited Honda Auto Park on Friday. I had a very positive visit. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. I was give a service technician his name was CJ. CJ informed me (by txt message) on every step positive visit. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. I was give a service technician his name was CJ. CJ informed me (by txt message) on every step what would happen and how much it would cost me, so there was no surprises about the cost. When my car was ready he txted me, had me sign some paper work and I was free to go. My entire visit lasted about 2 hours. I had such a positive visit that I plan on returning and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. More
