Update: I received the refund that we discussed and the GM said that they have put a policy in place to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I love the truck they sold me. When I did finally reach him he said that everyone had gone home for the day and that he would get back to me, but he still hasn't gotten back to me and claimed his voicemail isn't working.
