In July 2022 I decided to buy my first new vehicle in 20 years, a Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid. Salesman Jesse Friederichs informed me of the extremely short supply and assisted me in putting in a preorder for a 2023 model. Jesse and Mullinax Ford patiently worked with me through the supply chain delays that resulted in my MY23 order transitioning to a MY24. Mullinax stayed committed to the order and ensured I received the transition rebate eliminating the model year price increased. Your follow up call 48-hours after the transaction is proof of your customer focused approach to service. I have always been pleased with the service and people I interact with at Mullinax, but this visit was special. I was happy to see salesman Kevin Farinha (sold a car to my son).
