I came up from North Carolina to purchase a car from Koons. Neal was so nice and helpful. The pricing was very competitive for the model I purchased! Neal had the car ready and detailed when I arrived (spotless). Even though it was a Sunday evening and they were closing soon, none of the employees made me feel rushed. Neal encouraged me to still take a test drive and Todd spent a lot of time and effort looking to find me a deal on a warranty. Koons was well worth the trip up to Virginia from North Carolina. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks; I love my new Hyundai! More
