I’ve gotten my maintenance done at this location for a couple years now. It was called cowboy toyota before and it is now under new ownership I believe. Now under new management I’ve gotten the service do couple years now. It was called cowboy toyota before and it is now under new ownership I believe. Now under new management I’ve gotten the service done again on my 4 runner and with that the worst experience ever at a dealership service center. More

Carlos left while I was getting the oil change. They gave me no updates about my multi point inspection. Charged for my tire rotation (it was always included with oil changes) No follow up about th They gave me no updates about my multi point inspection. Charged for my tire rotation (it was always included with oil changes) No follow up about the stabilizer link I paid $500 to replace. Also didn’t even fix/replace the tire pressure sensor (which was main complaint). Then when I called to tell them the sensor light was still on. They told me to just bring my car back and they’ll take a look at it( so they never looked at it before). Carlos said the batteries might need to be changed in the sensor. Then when I called parts to ask how much the batteries cost. They said that’s not even a thing and that I would need to replace the sensors. More

I lost 2 of my 4 hub cap covers by Monday after my Saturday service. I tried to call to see if there was anything that can be done and was given the run around and no one bothered to call back after m Saturday service. I tried to call to see if there was anything that can be done and was given the run around and no one bothered to call back after messages I left on the mail box I kept on being transferred too. I can’t remember the last time there wasn’t something else wrong with my car every time I go in. I feel like I’m taken advantage of every time I’m there. Never want you service dependent to touch my tires again if they can’t put the caps back on right. More

My appointment was at 11:45 am and the advisor assigned to me was out to lunch. Checked in with another person who's attitude was not at all welcoming. When I came to pick up car and was being charged to me was out to lunch. Checked in with another person who's attitude was not at all welcoming. When I came to pick up car and was being charged, after thinking a plan I had purchased would cover service and had asked for service management they sent me to another advisor, (forgot his name, and bald man). His attitude was even worse. I will never go to this dealership again. More
