Byeong was very helpful and accommodating while I was deciding on whether or not to purchase my car. I had a bad experience with my girlfriend several years ago when we got her a used Volvo from a differ deciding on whether or not to purchase my car. I had a bad experience with my girlfriend several years ago when we got her a used Volvo from a different dealership. Byeong by comparison made me feel at ease and like he genuinely cared about the whole transaction which was a relief. Big fan of his and when my parents pick up a car in the coming months I am going to recommend they go through him/Garavel. I also enjoyed interacting with Tom on the financial end. He was very professional and succinct with all the paperwork, but he also was able to strike conversation in a casual manner which again made the whole experience much less stressful. More
