I bought my 2015 Chrysler 300 a little over a year ago and I could not be happier!! We got a great deal for this car and bought the extended warranty with the purchase. The car has never given me one issu and I could not be happier!! We got a great deal for this car and bought the extended warranty with the purchase. The car has never given me one issue until a couple weeks back it started "ticking". I called the dealership because I lost my paperwork. They emailed it to me within hours. Then called to schedule a time they could look at it. They diagnosed the issue in a couple hours and scheduled a follow up appointment to fix the issue at my convenience. I dropped off my car last night after work, left the keys and they called before noon today to pick up my car. Sounds brand new!!! For $100 deductible. Which is the most I've spent on this car, besides gas and regular maintenance since I bought it. I love this car and this dealership. Everyone that I have dealt with has been so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to this location for my next vehicle and referring all my friends. Couldn't be happier. More
