He gave us time to make our decision to buy, and worked with management to get us the deal we wanted. He scheduled a detail of our car on Saturday since we were so late buying it. The detail department did an awesome job, applied the ResistAll protection and sent us out the door with an awesome final product. We Love our new Sonata!! More

Allen Hyundai are the best! They did a great job! Allen Hyundai Dealership, Service Dept., and Parts Dept. are the best. They are nice and courteous and work on getting you the best deal. The Service Dept. did a excellent job on working on 2011 Hyundai Tucson. And the Parts Dept work on giving you the best price. The Service Dept. even fix a recall issue that I thought was fixed when I brought it to Mack Grubbs Hyundai. My wife move job locations so we had to start going to Mack Grubbs Hyundai because it was closer to her job. The Service Dept. at Mack Grubbs Hyundai was the worst experience we have ever had. We would get coupons in the mail from them and they would never honor them. The New Service Lady at the desk and the Service Manager are very rude they like to argue with the Customers. That is why we stop going to Mack Grubbs Hyundai. We now drive further away to Allen Hyundai but it is worth it. For excellent service and compassion for the customers vehicle needs. They even honored Mack Grubbs Hyundai coupons. You can't get any better than that. Thank You Allen Hyundai! More
