Our experience with Maserati of Naperville was top notch, from Greg the salesguy to Marty the dealership manager to the finance guy. We have purchased many vehicles throughout the years and have to say this from Greg the salesguy to Marty the dealership manager to the finance guy. I brought my fiat for service 11/27/23. I waited two and one half hours before I went to ask what was going on . I was told at that time he was sorry about the wait but had no reason why it I waited two and one half hours before I went to ask what was going on . I was told at that time he was sorry about the wait but had no reason why it took that long to diagnose the problem. One hour and a half later my car was finally done. Also when you bring your car in they text you and say any questions text back. I texted them twice with no answer. I would not recommend this dealership. I’ve been coming here since 2014 the service has gone down hill since then More
