They were quite knowledgeable about the product and were enjoyable to deal with. Once I had gone home and went through all of the papers for the sale, I was a little surprised that the price I had been quoted was 11% above the MSRP. However, the dealership was very generous with the trade in allowance offered (on my 126K mileage Honda), and once it was all done, including a rebate, I paid 5% under the MSRP. I realize the dealership has to "make a living" and I'm very happy with my new Caribbean BLUE Kia Soul. More
