It all went smoothly and perfect, Andrew Whitehouse acknowledged all my questions and took me to Bucky who helped me select what was just great for me, and what I really sincerely and forever appreciate, is the fact that there was never any pressure or pushiness trying to force me into buying right away. I was allowed to think about what I needed, and then when I made up my mind and chose what I wanted, the Financial Dept. Manager was just spectacular and helped me choosing the right plan for my needs, I was so embarrassed to keep asking question after question and he was always happy to help. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Kia Motor Finance left me stunned Choosing a car and getting approval went fairly quickly. We just went on a whim to check out the new Soul, and ended up buying. We were under a time constraint and they worked quickly to make it happen. I have no complaints about the process at the dealership. This is our second purchase and we have one lease from Paramount Kia. We traded in our 2015 Soul for a 2020 Soul. Two weeks after the purchase I got an email saying my payment (on the 2015 Soul that was traded in) was ready to be processed. I tried calling Kia Finance to stop the payment after I could not access it through the website. They were closed for the weekend. On Monday I tried again but was disconnected after being on hold several times. Tuesday the payment was processed, on an account that was paid in full. I finally got through to a live person to correct the overpayment on a payed off loan. I was informed that I would be reimbursed in 30 days! I am still waiting. Totally unacceptable. More
