From my first interaction until I left with the vehicle I was looking for, the entire staff was friendly, helpful and honest. I am generally not one to write reviews but for someone looking for a vehicle and reluctant because of previous negative dealership experiences, you have to check this place out. My sales rep, Bucky Bates, was particularly thoughtful and helpful, being that I was driving up from Atlanta to purchase a Telluride. I was very happy with the experience at Paramount Kia I was very happy with almost everything at Paramount, especially with the team of Bucky, Mark and Jordan. I was not satisfied with the first trade-in I was very happy with almost everything at Paramount, especially with the team of Bucky, Mark and Jordan. I was not satisfied with the first trade-in value they quoted me, but through discussions they later increased the value by $3,000. The only other complaint was that in offering me their extended warranty plans, they did not tell me the actual cost of these plans, only the monthly payments for the car including each plan, and they did not give me an option of no extended warranty plan. Other than that, everything was excellent. More
