We were looking at a Sorento X Line Prestige in Wolf Grey but weren't ready that day to purchase so we let him know we would be back. Two weeks later we received a call from him while we were out and about that they just put out a preowned (loaner) Sorento that was the exact trim level and color we wanted. We came in and were able to buy the exact car I wanted and with a discount since it was a preowned vehicle. It was very nice that he not only remembered us but everything we wanted and was able to secure it for us. I initially was interested in Kia after having terrible experiences with the service department for my Volvo. Knowing this, Christian introduced me to their service manager. I'm hoping to have a great experience with their service department as I've heard good things about Kia's service. It was nice that Christian is working to bridge that gap rather than just secure the sale and move on like I experienced with Volvo. More

The car had damage that was “fixed” but then again peeled off again the next day. I received no response when I reached out. I wasn’t pleased with the manager and the “deal” I received.
