My service took a long time to complete even though I only had basic service done. After my appointment I stopped to get gas and decided to open the hood of my truck. Not a single speck of dust was dis only had basic service done. After my appointment I stopped to get gas and decided to open the hood of my truck. Not a single speck of dust was disturbed under the hood. It literally looked like no one had even attempted to work on my vehicle. So I decided to do some testing. I touched the dip stick and I left fingerprints. I touched the battery and left fingerprints. I don't even know if my truck was worked on. If it was, they must have performed the maintenance without touching the truck. More

One service rep quote the price of repair about $200 more than what the service manager quoted me ; so I complained , and it was corrected . Maita Service Center replaced the hybrid battery on my 2012 Prius with 420,000 miles on it. They did a good job at a fair price, and my Prius works well again with the new battery. I am getting about 15% 2012 Prius with 420,000 miles on it. They did a good job at a fair price, and my Prius works well again with the new battery. I am getting about 15% better gas mileage. The only minor issues I had is I had to leave my vehicle in the shop for almost 2 weeks with they procured the battery, and I will have to wait 4-8 weeks for my core deposit from Toyota on my old original battery. My Service Representative did a good job of keeping informed on the status of my vehicle and the parts and the quality of work was excellent. More
