Love this dealership! My service was completed in about an hour. They have a big waiting room with TVs magazines, individual desks if you want to work on your laptop and t My service was completed in about an hour. It was the first service and attending to a Factory recall issue of my new Toyota Prius. Which was handled efficiently and professionally. An avoidable irritation was that they told me the dealership recall issue of my new Toyota Prius. Which was handled efficiently and professionally. An avoidable irritation was that they told me the dealership policy would provide me only a one way Lyft ride which was not right considering it was a factory recall issue on a new vehicle. On mentioning this they agreed to give me a ride both ways. More

I had a repair issue that I hoped would be covered by Toyota despite my car being out of warranty. Bryce listened to my story and took my information and said he would submit a request to Toyota. I appreciate their willingness to stand by their product and the management of Maita for the professional atmosphere. More
