Our longtime Service Advisor Norbert had to leave so he asked Bryce to step in. My wife and I were both very impressed with Bryce for his overall knowledge and his great customer service. Our last minu asked Bryce to step in. My wife and I were both very impressed with Bryce for his overall knowledge and his great customer service. Our last minute appointment was not till Noon Saturday; we were concerned that our car would be ready before close of business that day.
