We worked hard to ensure you were happy with your purchase, including offering a great deal on the Defender and accommodating your personal request for a roof rack and ladder. We explained how the ladder and rack installation worked, which is the factory method for install specific to Land Rover. Regarding the complimentary installation of the ladder, we made sure to follow up when you expressed concerns about the potential for water damage and rust, connecting you with our lead factory trained technician for further clarification prior to the install. If we have failed to communicate better, I apologize. I’m sorry that the road noise from the roof rack caused you discomfort. When you reached out, we promptly arranged for the removal of the rack to address the issue. I genuinely appreciate your continued communication, and we’ve always aimed to go above and beyond to meet your needs.
