From Belize the receptionist to Matthew Smith my Service Advisor my experience with Serra Chevrolet Bartlet was extraordinary. Mr. Archie handled my transportation needs wonderfully as well. The service center is good when in person, trying to call and get someone on the phone is near impossible. Also prices have raised on basic services recently (oil change/tire rotation) that while expected to and get someone on the phone is near impossible. The men that worked on my car did not put the plastic sheet on my seat before doing the work needed. Consequently, there was mud in the floor board that ran down to my step sides. The door panel was cov sheet on my seat before doing the work needed. Consequently, there was mud in the floor board that ran down to my step sides. The door panel was covered in grease handprints and there was a spot of black grease in my driver's seat. The exterior panel between the windows was covered in grease. The service dept supervisor had my car cleaned, but when I picked it up the grease spot in the seat grew to 3 to 4 inch diameter. The sales manager stepped in and had my car detailed and finally my seat was cleaned correctly. At one point when entering the service department, it was completely empty of employees. 3 customers were waiting for assistance but no one was available. My vehicle is 10 months old, the service department should be more considerate when working on the customer's vehicles. I was not kept informed about the status of my car during the week it was at the dealership. Ultimately had to involve the sales manager, 4 sales personnel and the service manager during this ordeal. The service manager is planning to address my issues with his employees to improve the service department experience. More
