He introduced us to all of the people within the organization, including his manager, the service manager, as well as the finance manager. This is the second consecutive car I have bought at this dealership. The culture there is not typical of automobile dealerships - in a good way! Also, the service department is top notch and very honest. They once quoted my daughter who has a 2013 BMW $900 for a new sunroof motor. After taking the car in to do the repair, they discovered that it was just broken weather stripping that was stopping the sunroof from moving and fixed it for $100. As a result, even though they are farther away from where I live than a BMW Dealership, I will go out of my way to have service done here.
