This is the second consecutive car I have bought at this dealership. The culture there is not typical of automobile dealerships - in a good way! Also, the service department is top notch and very honest. They once quoted my daughter who has a 2013 BMW $900 for a new sunroof motor. After taking the car in to do the repair, they discovered that it was just broken weather stripping that was stopping the sunroof from moving and fixed it for $100. As a result, even though they are farther away from where I live than a BMW Dealership, I will go out of my way to have service done here.

Well the Grinch was outta luck because the CBB Christmas Ninja techs were ready like some sort of deadly, troubleshooting elves. Yep. Ninja Elves. My service advisor Bryan called me on his candy cane communicator and advised that in fact, my starter and battery had been smoked. The elves didn’t disappoint, because by Monday we were driving outta that joint. The lesson here is very clear. Do not let your wife’s xxxxxxx husband anywhere near anything!
