I handled mainly total loss accidents and had the opportunity to send a bunch of vehicles to the junkyard, but wanted to switch brighter side of the car’s life! Purchased a car with Bryan in June, and went back to him to purchase after 2 of our vehicles were totaled idle to Helene. Enjoyed working with him, not so much the manager. I think a car is a car, I ‘m purchasing and they are still getting my business. Secondly we received the lowest rate for return customer, and had to keep reprinting deal since he kept leaving things out. More

Prior to buying vehicle, I was assured verbally that they would get me a 2nd key OR I would not have purchased this vehicle. Still waiting - have spoken to Moe Esa 4 days ago-not returning my calls. Out of would get me a 2nd key OR I would not have purchased this vehicle. Still waiting - have spoken to Moe Esa 4 days ago-not returning my calls. Out of pocket cost for 2nd key is $566. I have requested check in that amount or they get me a 2nd key. Plus my loan was submitted to 1 lender after I unlocked my credit and it is a ridiculous high rate of interest. Unless the issue re: key is resolved, I will recommend to everyone I know not to buy a vehicle from them. I would appreciate a call from Sam Raabe and resolution of this issue. More

Bryan Sherman was an amazing salesman worked hard and Deff very patient to work with. As we came to the dealership 3 or 4 times test driving and taking our time to make our right choice.
