I will NEVER go back to Inver Grove Toyota. The salesperson Bryan Schultz and Cabel, the financial person, are they WORST people to work with. They gave me FALSE information about my birthday at the credit bureau and even said I'm DECEASED at the social security administration place. If you two didn't want my service, just say it dont make up lies about my birthday showing incorrectly, and don't tell me I'm deceased when I'm still alive here. My experience with them yesterday was I saw the 2024 grand highlander max limited, so i reached out to them. Bryan Schultz texted me back to set up a test drive with the car, which we set it for 4:30pm. Got there test drive and everything I wanted the car. Ask him to run some numbers so we can go finance with our bank instead of them. My husband and I got to the point where we are not going to down no money. My credit score is good, and I have the money to pay without downing any money. When we told him that, I already felt he didn't want to help us because we weren't going to down any money. He went and got a finance person whose name was Cabel. We got to the point with him about no down payment and see what they can help us with. They said they can see which bank can help with since it's a little harder with some banks when you don't down no money. So we said okay that's fine."" Let's try it. Isn't it the salesperson's job to enter all your information into the computer or is it the customer job to enter it in the computer? I don't get paid for entering my information into his computer. Bryan told me to enter my own information into his computer and walked away, and when I'm finished, they can run the number. Is this how you treat your customers? I had never experienced this before but I'm like, since I want the car, sure, why not. Once I entered all my information, they said it was going to take about 5 to 10 minutes for us to wait. Cabel comes back and tells me that they are still looking and there was something wrong with the bank trying to check my credit, and they couldn't figure it out. Then Cabel comes back and tells me that my birthday on there is showing the day/month/year. Which we thought was weird or in my mind im already thinking these people dont wanna help, so maybe they are just finding every excuse for me not to get the car because I'm not downing no money. Cabel was like, "Oh maybe a few years ago, when someone was looking at your credit score, they must have entered it wrong." Im like, okay, whatever. He comes back and said to give him like a few minutes, and he will get the numbers. Cabel comes back and asks me about my SS# to see if it's correct. I told him yes, that's my SS#. He said something wrong when they entered my SS#, but he would try to find out why, so we waited. He comes back and tells me that my SS# shows that I'm deceased. I'm like xxx I'm not deceased. Cabel tells us to call the credit bureau to fix my birthday and call the social security office to see if I'm deceased. He said he saw all my credit score, which is a good score, and he saw my mortgage on there, too. In my mind, im like xxx you see all my xxxx but couldn't help but have all these lies come out your mouth about my birthday, and im deceased. Cabel just said that when you get everything fixed, we can come back. I was xxxxen xxxx already with all these lies. We left they didn't give us no card info to call back when we get everything corrected. No apology that they couldn't help us. Is this how you guys treat your customers? The next day I called the credit bureau and the social security administration. I told them about a loan for a car and I wanted to see if my information was correct. The credit bureau said they show my birthday correct. The social security office shows that I'm still alive and they don't know why those people's from the dealership say that about me. DO A BETTER JOB INVER GROVE TOYOTA. GIVING FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS. More
